An experimental meal of solids suspended in translucent sauces, aspics, and gelatins. The recipies were developed through a combination of resurecting classics and creating new twists.
Additionally during the Supper party tens of participants watched outside both at the food throught the windows, but also at a large projection on the outside of the building. The projection depicted a top down view of the table surface which was lit from beneath and covered with colorful translucent foodstuffs. The other half of the projected image was a computer simulation of the table's surface projected into the third dimension of time. This 3d dimensional representation of the food was itself encased within a translucent cube which slowly rotated, allowing viewers another entrance point to inspect the eating process.
